About the Role
NAPA Auto Parts is looking to add YOU to our team! We are searching for hard-working people who are willing to pitch in wherever needed — from delivering parts and working with retail customers to stocking shelves and checking in freight.
This position gives you the chance to learn the ins and outs of the automotive parts industry quickly and build in-depth knowledge of all things NAPA KNOW HOW. No prior automotive experience is required — we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver parts to customers and local businesses
- Assist retail customers with their auto parts needs
- Stock shelves and maintain store organization
- Check in and process incoming freight
- Support fellow team members with general store tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- People-first personality with a willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 or older
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required — paid training is provided for all new hires
